I make sure partnerships in the private and non-profit worlds meet their employment goals and believe in helping people reclaim their dignity through work. I’m known for leading programs through transitions and developing job readiness curriculum from development, implementation, and delivery through to evaluation. Employers appreciate my ability to listen to their workforce challenges and in coming up with practical and long-term solutions that save time and money. In a world that is evolving so quickly, it is crucial for individuals, companies and our culture as a whole to work efficiently with all resources at hand. Industries hungry for trained and inspired employees need to recognize the potential of middle-skilled workers. People in and entering the workforce will have to plan on continuing their training and developing new skills as workforce needs evolve.
