Has put his experience into designing and developing a simulator that is currently a market leader in training services. Has a confirmed track record of delivering high level training development services in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) including requirement analysis and capture; training plan development and implementation; course design; training delivery; instructor development and mentoring; training assurance; training facilities management.
