I am a Commercial Leader with extensive industry experience, excellent client relationships throughout the media industry and expertise spanning Digital and AV. I have a proven track record in maximising revenue, focussing on growth in agency relationships as well as ensuring industry leading servicing standards. I have well developed negotiation and influencing skills and an excellent understanding of agency and clients needs. I’m able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, adapting my style depending on the situation. As a leader, I encourage consistent improvement and development in an effort to increase performance and job satisfaction. I promote high standards whilst also being approachable and showing the humility required to support my team members needs. I believe in leading by example and taking an understanding and honest approach whilst working hard, driving progress and enjoying our day-to-day team success. I have worked very closely with the Group M agencies for the last 10 years and have close relationships with senior decision makers across the group and centrally with Group M. In my latest role I expanded my network of industry contacts at a senior level to include all Publicis agencies. I have also gained experience of 3rd party client relationships and how to manage them successfully.
