About Mark Meservey

Leads the Corporation’s Washington, DC office and all activities before the Legislative and Executive branches of the Federal government and advises on all Federal legislative, regulatory, and resource matters pertaining to the Corporation’s Defense and Commercial businesses. Liaisons with the Departments of State and Commerce to facilitate the approval of licenses through the export control process. Contributes to domestic and international growth by supporting legislative and regulatory priorities and increasing brand awareness. A former U.S. Army captain and retired U.S. Coast Guard captain, Meservey brings more than 25 years of combined domestic and international military experience to his role at Oshkosh, including serving as the chief Coast Guard liaison to the U.S. House of Representatives and Federal Aviation Administration. Having served in the departments of Defense, Transportation and Homeland Security, he has a keen understanding of the inter-agency community and has extensive policy development and budget experience.
