About Mark Mesias

Mark Mesias is a seasoned HR technology consultant who believes that people drive HR transformation and technology enables it. His approach to complex human resource systems is like an artist seeing a blank canvas on where he can apply best practices, designing meaningful ways to help HR Leaders and Industries in their journey to HCM Cloud transformation. Mark joined Deloitte Consulting in Toronto as a member of HR Transformation for Oracle HCM practice. He has 14 years of experience in the field of HR technology, during which time he has gained extensive knowledge in HCM project implementation, presales/consulting, and analytics, among other areas. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of West Scotland and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Philippines. His knowledge of HR business processes and technology goes across the full HR system, from hire to retire/rehire. He helped industries in North America and Asia Pacific with regional and global talent complexities in the oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, and banking sectors through the implementation and enabling of HR technology. Mark enjoys volunteering in his spare time through his church, community service, and charitable donations and activities. He believes that our values give us meaning in life and that we must give back to our community and planet. Mark is motivated by a purpose: to make an impact that matters.
