Helping GPs, asset managers, and advisors grow faster in the US Private Wealth market. I’ve spent 30 years in asset and wealth management helping firms, teams, and individuals grow. I started my career at Fidelity, held senior leadership roles at OppenheimerFunds, BlackRock, and Constitution Capital Partners, and launched Mezzanotte Consulting to focus on the work I enjoy most, helping great people and great businesses succeed in the US Private Wealth market. Today, I partner with GPs, Alternative Asset Managers, Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Multi-Family Offices, and Global Consulting Firms to help them enter new markets, raise capital, and operate more effectively. My work spans four main areas: GP Advisory: Guiding private equity sponsors and alternative managers on accessing the Private Wealth channel with strategies for go-to-market, fundraising, product design, and operational readiness. Global Consultants: Acting as a freelance domain expert on private wealth distribution, client and buyer behavior, competitors, product and market trends, and organizational structure. Practice & Business Management: Working directly with financial advisors and multi-family offices to improve business discipline, client segmentation, and growth strategy. One-Offs: Leading unique, often transformative projects in or adjacent to the US Private Wealth market, from market-entry assessments to launching new business or product lines. I take a hands-on approach, bringing both strategic insight and practical execution to get results. Every engagement is different, but the goal is always the same: to position my clients ahead of the market and give them the best chance to win.
