I am a Mental Health Social Worker with 10+ years experience in the mental health field. This experience has included a diverse range of individual and group therapy work. During this time I am fortunate enough to have both direct practice and leadership experience which has prepared me for opening my own private practice, Clarity Therapy. Clarity Therapy is a practice that values itself in delivering evidence-based psychological therapies in down-to-earth way that prioritises connecting with our clients and providing practical tools to assist them with coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. We believe in therapy done differently and offer ecotherapy options for clients to hold our sessions in nature. As a therapist, I pull from a range of modalities including: Solution focused therapies, CBT, EMDR, and ACT. My professional skills and achievements include: • Psychotherapy including delivery of CBT, ACT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapies • Mental health leadership • Supervision and training - leading a team of 12 mental health clinicians across Australia • Integration of nature into therapy, extensive work within surf therapy and ecotherapy • Group facilitation & workplace wellbeing • Extensive experience working within youth & adult mental health • Grant writing - Sourced and delivered in grant funds over 3-year period Want to know more?
