17 Years of Management experience in a fast paced manufacturing enviroment making a wide range of bespoke products from simple components to simultaneously managing complex projects for Aerospace, F1, Defense, and Automotive customers. An Engineering Manager who is able to not only read, draw and understand technical drawings but also advise on cost reduction techniques, design optimization and functionality improvement. Supply chain management, and ethically sound procument policies followed such as sourcing from conflict-free zones and ensuring no child labour used in the supply chain. Technical sales and engineering quotations were a daily part of my role including customer lead generation and customer retention. 2D and 3D CAD skills specifically in the use of Industrial Lasers and Pressbrakes for sheet metal cutting and facbrication. Production management and Project management were a signifcant part of my previous role which usually involved hitting specific delivery dates within a short lead-time framework, typically 20 totally different and uniquely bespoke orders depatched per day with 3 to 5 day lead times. Profit and Loss accountability (P&L) and reporting to stakeholders. All Health and Safety (HSE) responisbility for the company including identifying and scheduling of training.
