I have experience in the following areas: facility management/ project management, real estate, and architecture. Facility Management: Over 6 years of experience (Most recently as Director of Engineering) in hotel/ hospitality engineering operations with Hilton Hotels and Resorts. I was held accountable for department budget, capital projects, preventative maintenance, water treatment, chiller and boiler plants. Project Management: As an Assistant Director of Property Operations I oversaw worth of storm damage repairs from start to finish on a task force opportunity in another state. I was directly responsible for all project documentation, vendor communication, RFP's, scope of work, and any insurance disputes. Real Estate: Realtor in the State of Illinois. Successfully renovated a 2,200 Sq. Ft. house and increased the value by Architecture: I have a Bachelors of Science degree with an emphasis in Architecture and Sustainability.
