I've led significant and complex B2B businesses in both Australia and New Zealand including multi country accountability, ownership of large strategic initiatives and held direct P&L ownership across 9 different roles for up to $100M and teams of 200. My experience is broad and while a General Manager I have deep functional experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Trade & Retail Operations Category Management, Supply Chain and Logistics. I love helping people succeed and solve problems. I take the time to understand the team, the business, and customers. Using these insights, I have been able to develop clear and simple plans that get results be it in a turnaround, taking a successful business to the next level or developing a company wide growth strategy. I have extensive understanding of the New Zealand building industry with significant relationships and insight into what really matters for customers of all sizes. I also have led and built the effectiveness of large, high performing sales teams to deliver significant and sustainable growth which outperforms the market. I am focused on understanding and improving customer experience. I know that a key role of the leader is to develop and articulate a clear offer that delivers profitable and compelling customer value.
