Strong education professional skilled in Post-16, Coaching, Event Management, Editing, Digital Marketing, and Media Relations. As a technology leader I’ve brought significant improvements, upgrades and modernisation to my institution, overseeing substantial infrastructure improvements as well as implementing new technologies. As a leader I have led digital transformation programmes, from embedding online systems to moving entire organisations to the cloud. One of the UK’s first certified Careers Leader I’ve introduced modern technology to our careers provision, including piloting virtual networking and employer interaction events. I’m always keen to introduce industry standard systems to education and provide training courses for careers leaders and admin teams to bring systems such as HubSpot CRM and Asana project management, bringing increased efficiency and team coordination. I firmly believe that in any organisation the right people need to have access to the right information in the right format. I have implemented business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio to support effective monitoring and decision making processes in organisations.
