Mark Morfopoulos formerly was an in-house attorney for a Fortune 100 company where he regularly handled complex deals at domestic and international locations. While acting as in-house counsel he was instrumental in initiating a company-wide environmental audit program. As a private practitioner, Mark coordinated, on behalf of the landlord, the largest NYC retail transaction in 2001, the Toys R Us lease in Times Square. For nearly 5 years Mark negotiated all of the telecommunications, software and procurement contracts (and a substantial portion of all real estate matters) for the City of Yonkers. Mark has also served as former lead title counsel for a local title insurance agency and is the author of over 25 real estate and business related articles published by various national and state-wide publications.
