About Mark Morgan

At Toyota Financial Services, I have been an agent of change as I have worked extensively on a number of projects that have revolutionized how the company conducts its dealer automotive commercial business. I have focused on various new systems’ initiatives and implementations including installation of fully paperless loan and payment ACH processing, streamlining inventory audit processes, standardizing financial statement review/risk management processes, consolidating servicing operations from 30 nationwide offices into a single centralized location, and developing/delivering regular training sessions for our nationwide and Headquarters team members. Along the way, I have become the subject-matter-expert for all of the company's commercial lending operations as well as the owner of all of the related processes, procedures, vendor relationships, and team member training. I strive to continue growing in the automotive finance industry, preferably in dealer commercial lending, leading to greater responsibility and opportunity.
