As a dynamic HR and Talent Management professional, I specialize in driving organizational growth through innovative training programs and performance coaching. In my current role with Cross Country Search, during a period of 235% growth, I created a new hire training program from scratch and developed a comprehensive career path program. I blend my passion for metal music with business acumen to create engaging and entertaining content that resonates with recruiters and leaders. I help individuals and teams thrash through distractions, unleash their full potential, and perform at their best powered by the energy, creativity, and intensity of metal. When I'm not busy helping others reach peak performance, I am a Waffle House aficionado and a recovering Starbucks junkie. I also enjoy running (slowly) and playing tennis (poorly).
