About Mark Morris Uk

I am a Chartered Engineer and a passionate leader who has been fortunate to work with some outstanding and inspirational people and mentors. I started my career in the French Foreign Legion – the biggest multi-cultural organisation in the world and was on operations in many different countries during that time. Before entering into engineering I found time to cross Africa overland from the UK to Cape Town via the Sahara and Zaire – before the route became impossible. I am a highly motivated business professional with over 30 years international experience within asset management, high speed / metro rail / ports and maritime engineering, occupational health, safety, environmental and quality management. My business goals are simple and are based around ensuring a strong Zero Harm corporate health and safety as well as asset management culture, achieving excellence in every individual and business area and collaborative team work. I am fluent in English and French and get by in both Arabic and Bahasa. I have the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse nationalities and in a multi-cultural environment.
