ProfileDr. Morton has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, during which time he has gained experience of GMP within the Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs departments and has become Qualified Person.His diverse experience, technical ability and personal drive are leveraged to deliver the best efforts from all individuals working with him; as demonstrated by his accomplishment in successfully leading a six sigma lean black belt project - a large multi-national, multi-disciplinary initiative. He was instrumental in obtaining the first finished product submission assay method for NIR, for which he and the team won the Abbott International Quality Award and has been consistently recognised for his outstanding contributions since. He is an excellent communicator and has written articles on Quality by Design and Continuous Processing and spoken at international conferences. Pragmatic and flexible, he seeks the best outcome whilst retaining a focus on quality.
