About Mark Moss

A delivery oriented, conscientious, hardworking, strategic board-level IT professional with over 25 years’ experience in IT management and customer delivery. Extensive experience in managing large technical teams and building strong relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers. Over the years, I have developed a solid reputation for building and developing staff and maintaining good client relationships. Extensive experience in managing complex IT environments including transforming the IT function to align with rapidly changing business priorities. Results oriented and deadline focused, with excellent relationship management skills. A confident and articulate communicator with strong influencing skills, able to clearly convey IT priorities and benefits at board level. Highly experienced in operations and leadership of a 50-strong IT Services department, including Professional and Managed Services teams. Despite many years in senior management, I have maintained strong technical skills around all infrastructure products, including Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, HP, Dell, NetApp, Checkpoint (to name but a few), with proven ability in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues across a multitude of technologies. Strong focus on passing on knowledge and experience to develop and grow staff. Outside of work, a keen follower of Formula 1 and the occasional game of chess (hence the picture).
