About Mark Motyl

Mark has worked as a commercial real estate broker, bond salesman, and builder of notable homes. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in Miami, and in 1988 became the youngest Cushman broker in the Southeast Region to make the firm's national sales meeting. Mark earned KPMG's and South Florida Business Journal's 'Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year' in 1989. Mark moved to Boston in 1990 to join Ladbroke Coral as head of sales and marketing for three new office buildings in Boston. Following 8 years in commercial real estate, Mark moved to New York to join Jefferies’ Convertible Bond Department. Mark covered top accounts, including T-Rowe Price, Citadel, and Man GLG. Following 18 years with Jefferies, Mark went on to finance and build 3 notable homes in Westport, CT. 66 Beachside Avenue received a written offer in 2021 that, if accepted, would have made it the highest priced sale of a new-build spec home in Westport's history.
