I’m a devoted husband and proud father of three. As a U.S. Marine Corps and Army veteran, I hold a relentless standard in everything I do. As a career first responder, I’ve served in local and state law enforcement as well as corrections in Ohio and Florida. With nearly 15 years of experience leading in high-stress, high-stakes environments—where presence, purpose, and performance are non-negotiable—I bring a wide range of expertise spanning tactical leadership, crisis management, and team development. I specialize in turning high-pressure situations into opportunities for growth, instilling discipline, accountability, and resilience in every team I lead. My experience has taught me that true leadership is earned through action, not title, and that success belongs to those willing to take point, own their decisions, and push beyond limits. From that foundation, I built the Take Point Mindset—a no-excuses approach to leadership rooted in real-world experience, forged under pressure, and proven in the field. It’s more than a concept; it’s a lifestyle built on discipline, integrity, and ownership. My book, The Take Point Mindset, dives into the hard lessons that shaped me and challenges readers to lead from the front.
