Throughout my career, I’ve developed a drive for building and maintaining long standing business relationships not only with colleagues in the insurance claims industry but also with vendors and clients. Cultivating strong relationships has led to many years of success as a field claims representative and has opened doors in various areas of risk management, project management, sales, operations, and underwriting as well. Managing and assessing risk in the insurance claims industry has been my primary area of focus for over 20 years after having completed a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Ball State University and pursuing subsequent career paths. I specialize in creating and nurturing positive business relationships, identifying risk exposure, and resolving property and casualty claims.
