Mark Muncer, MBA is an award-winning, global professional with over 26 years of experience in Regenerative Agriculture, sustainable food and farming systems. Mark has been instrumental in transforming large-scale and start-up / bespoke programmes and initiatives. His greatest achievements are managing a sustainable beef business – The Cured Beef Company in the UK and consulting to a Boschendal Estate in South Africa, winning Top Commercial Angus beef herd in South Africa and the Eat out Sustainability Award. Mark is both visionary in approach and ‘hands on’ in execution and has the ability to balance both profits with strong sustained values and environments. Mark’s key strengths lie in Regenerative land and animal Agriculture, circular economy and continuous agricultural process improvement, with a strong focus on stakeholders and community building. In 2021, Mark gained an MBA at Royal Agricultural University in Innovation in Sustainable Food and Agriculture and has presented at a variety of global conferences across the globe.
