Work Experience with Glendon Electrical Engineering services in which allowed me to: o Wire multiple different components of electrical switchboards o Read and understood the basics of the wiring diagrams o Measure and attached various components of the switchboards o Use a variety of tools including, Drill, Saw, Wire strippers, Crimps and Hydraulic hole punch • Currently attending Year 11 at CCAS studying: o Advanced and Extension Math’s o Physics o Chemistry o Advanced English o Modern History o Photography • For my 2018 Science Student Research Project I developed a floorboard that generates electricity when pressure is applied to it. My current prototype produces approximately 1V and 25μA, after 8 steps there was enough charge in the capacitor to flash a small 3 lamp LED light. • Selected to attend 2018 Wired For Wonder. A National Youth Summit in Sydney supported by the Commonwealth Bank who are committed to developing the next generation of leaders and driving an understanding of what future careers and a changing workforce might look like. This year they have created a number of community events that provide STEM opportunities for schools to engage with cutting-edge technology and identify the emerging jobs/careers for the future and relevant skills that are required for this digital and technical age.
