A senior Operations and Transformation executive with over 20 years experience delivering service excellence, whilst re-engineering, automating and offshoring in a number of high-profile leadership roles, creating digital solutions for internal and client benefit, whilst managing both Operational and Regulatory Risk I have the ability to effectively recruit, retain and manage all levels of talent from individual contributors to a highly skilled and diverse management team. My success is based on my ability to transform Operational teams to diverse, highly efficient, client-focused Service Delivery units, across a broad product set.
