About Mark Myhedyn

After tackling many challenges with the BC Lions in the Canadian Football League, Mark ventured away from the stadium and took on the real estate industry. Initially working as an Urban Real Estate Specialist with Milborne Real Estate from 1993 to 1997 in Vancouver, BC. Mark’s career path eventually led him to Mammoth Lakes, California where he played an instrumental role in over 20 pre-sale launches from early 1998 to late 2005. He personally sold over $150 million in real estate sales which led to approximately $1 billion in total resort sales during that tenure. In 2005, Mark stepped into Sales Director and Senior Management roles at multiple high-end resort locations throughout California, Nevada and Arizona, applying his years of experience to build, motivate and coach results-driven sales teams. Following the recovery of the Global Financial Crisis, Mark was involved in two of the most successful real estate sales and marketing campaigns in North America; The Trump International Hotel and Tower, Waikiki Beach Walk and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach - both located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. A total sales volume of $850 million was pre-sold at the release of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, attracting buyers from all parts of the globe. In 2015, Mark moved back to the mainland to initiate the pre-sale release and execution of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Paradise Valley in Arizona. All 94 Villas were secured during a one-day event back in June of 2016, totaling $266 million – a record for the state of Arizona. Mark was beckoned back to the island of Maui in 2017 to consult on the 2nd release of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Kapalua Bay, followed by overseeing the final release of The Montage Residences, Kapalua Bay. Alternately in 2018, Mark took on the promoted role as Senior Director of Sales for the state of Hawaii, overseeing multiple sales and marketing campaigns. In 2021, Mark was asked to take on the role of Senior Director of Sales for Peninsula Papagayo Realty, located in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. At a one day selection event in late January 2022,$160 million was pre-sold for the release of the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences, Nekajui – a real estate sales record for Costa Rica.
