About Mark Nicklen

I am committed to individualised & person directed approaches to service delivery that deliver better outcomes for people and demonstrate a commitment to service improvement and the development of best practice. I have been privileged to work in some great teams and some organisations that work towards these principles and they have enabled me to continually redefine my knowledge & experience in relation to the development, and measurement of processes and outcomes. I have a values based, person focussed approach to service delivery backed up by a strong sense of social justice. I am passionate about coaching and mentoring teams and individuals to achieve great outcomes and enjoy the enhanced work satisfaction that this approach brings to people within organisations. I am thrilled to join Life Without Barriers in July 2019.
