I have over 25 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry I have a working knowledge of Fibre/Broadband/Voice technical support and can troubleshoot and problem solve issues in relation to that field I have worked in a number of different areas of technology from customer service, technical support, E forums and fraud investigation to overseeing large scale Projects from implementation to finalisation. I consider myself multi skilled with a vast technical and analytical mind-set and can adapt to the environment in which I am working. I am a reliable person who is well presented, punctual, self-motivated and target driven, with a friendly, pleasant and can-do attitude.
