With a proven ability to develop new sales as well as strengthening sales and management teams to maximise company profitability and efficiency. I’m experienced in leading and growing all sectors of a business including client direction to create a dynamic and progressive organisation. I have vast experience of driving performance and productivity within the telecoms industry to achieve business objectives while implementing new processes to streamline complex operations. I consistently promote a customer care focused culture within the business, I possess excellent communication skills and I’m able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with clients - existing and new and stakeholders across the entire organisation.
