Lifetime career in the construction materials supply industry & road construction. 21 years management experience in the production & sales of Concrete Ready Mix, Concrete Block Products, Precast Septic Tanks, Construction Materials Supply. Currently employed as primary purchasing / inventory management agent for construction materials /tools sales with Structural Materials Inc in Fargo,ND. Prior to accepting this role in 2018 I was the Bismarck, ND store Manager for Structural Materials. 2014 - Present 5 years experience 2009-2014 as General Manager of Operations for Concrete & Equipment Divisions. Responsibilities included but not limited to establishing operational budgets for multiple business units, Establishment of Capital Expenditure budget for the procurement of equipment. Establish & maintain relationships with customers & vendors alike. Ensured compliance with all Environmental Policies were being adhered to. Promoted & Participated in ensuring that all company Safety policies were being followed in accordance with company policies. Background included time spent as Dispatcher / Batcher for Concrete Operations, Estimator / Project Manager for site work & asphalt paving operations. Sales & Estimating for material supplies. Managed two separate block plants & two separate precast septic tank production operations. Production / sales of plus yards annual concrete ready mix operations from two plants. Established annual program for maintenance & repairs covering three portable asphalt plants, three aggregate crushing plants, which included three primary & three secondary crushers & accompanying units along with additional 800 plus pieces of equipment utilized in the production & placement of over 1 million annual tons of Asphalt & 3 million annual tons of crushed / processed aggregate materials.
