About Mark Norris

With a background in teaching and executive administration working in the private, public and third sectors, I have made the transition to a senior leadership position in Human Resources. I am a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Manager, currently working in the charity sector. As a senior HR practitioner I strive to build positive and healthy relationships with our teams across the organisation and provide tangible benefits to senior leadership and practical assistance and advice to all our employees, volunteers and stakeholders. Working as a generalist across the HR function allows me to gain valuable hands on experience across a broad number of fields including HR systems, payroll, pensions, recruitment and training. I am privileged to work everyday with an organisation and people who share my values of inclusion and equality.
