About Mark Nussbaum

Anthropology and law aren’t where most careers in IT staffing leadership begin, but my education taught me the importance of people — getting to know them, understand them and hear them. Those degrees (both from the University of Michigan) have served me well. As Chief Operating Officer, I kept Signature Consultants a step ahead — on business strategy, technical recruiting and IT staffing industry success. All of which begin and end with people. We’ve grown leaps and bounds since I joined Signature in and it’s thanks to the attraction, retention and growth of talented people. Our company has done that organically by building relationships and an environment that helps our team members learn, grow, belong and ultimately thrive. By investing in our people, we help our customers and consultants thrive, too. Based in Ft. Lauderdale, I make my way across the U.S. for speaking engagements about the future of work and IT staffing. If you have a technology challenge you need help with, let’s talk. There’s a good chance we have your solution.
