I am currently working in IT and have been working in this field for the past nine years and am looking for new job opportunities in and around the Cork area, presently I am working with Apple Computers in Cork in their help-desk, providing high level Technical Support for Mac products and various accessories also such as wireless base stations and Apple TV's. My main duties involve software troubleshooting including troubleshooting OS X and other Apple Software such as iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), iPhoto, Mail and Printer Drivers / Software as well as Networking. In my past work as a Technical Support agent with Siemens (now ATOS) I was employed first on the Morgan Stanley desk which involved delivering Technical Support to the employees of the bank in their offices and also to employees working on the trading floor which included troubleshooting Windows XP but also in house software and also deploying software onto desktop machine remotely, then I moved to the Yell help-desk within Siemens, there I was again assisting their employees who were based in an office environment but also out in the field as salespeople and also people who were working from home also particularly with networking issues.
