I am an ISTQB certified Advanced test manager with a Bachelor in Business Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Limerick. I have experience in the Telecommunications, Insurance and Utilities Industries as well as a proven ability to work efficiently and effectively lead small or large teams. In addition I have gained experience in the Finance industry while working as a trainee accountant. My skills include my numerical ability, attention to detail, working to deadlines and ability to work well in a team. I am proficient in problem solving and have excellent client communication skills. I am a positive, participative and friendly individual and I work in a well-organised and independent manner. I am naturally an influential and supportive worker who will motivate and set the example for others. I am versatile and have the ability to learn new tasks/skills quickly.
