I am proud of the 20+ year career that I have built in the workforce solutions industry. I currently serve as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist at Aya Healthcare, where I manage a portfolio which exceeded $100 million in revenue in 2024. In this role, I maintain excellent relationships with high-profile MSP clients, as well as with internal partners. Aya Healthcare is the largest provider of healthcare staffing services in the United States and was recognized as the 2nd best large company for Top Workplace in the USA for 2023. Prior to my current position, I managed high-stakes client and supplier finances in Accounts Receivable at Kelly Services, where my portfolio had a collective balance of over $20 million. This included both MSP and standard timekeeping/invoicing models. In an earlier role at Kelly Services, I supported client staffing needs by collaborating with hiring managers & recruiters to fulfill orders, while managing over 150 remote employees. I am a problem solver, driven by success, and pride myself on being a team player. I am approachable, confident, diligent, and uphold a strong sense of integrity.
