About Mark Orndorff

Mark “Chris” Orndorff has been practicing law for over 27 years. A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and Roanoke College, he is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, as well as all Virginia State Courts. Chris Orndorff began his law career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Southwest Virginia. He later continued practice there where he gained experience in civil litigation, business law, Chapter 11 bankruptcy and other areas of practice. He is listed in the 6th edition of Who’s Who in American Law. Since 1984, he has been practicing law throughout Virginia, with appearances in immigration and special matters in Texas, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, West Virginia and Maryland. His offices are located in Fairfax, Virginia, where he has provided general practice legal services primarily in areas of business law-corporations, LLC’s, commercial leases, business and personal bankruptcy, immigration, traffic, criminal, and divorce cases.
