A strategic and commercial thinker specialising in supporting businesses in finding results-orientated and cost effective solutions for complex business challenges. In my role at Outset UK my focus is to provide a consultative approach to new clients to understand and address those client needs. Outset is a progressive professional services group delivering support for organisations both large and small through its specialist legal, HR management and health and safety businesses. I have considerable experience from within the insurance and legal industry, where I successfully managed and sold my own insurance service business. I also spent a large part of my career in legal services and established and led a large personal injury department in a West End Law firm. I was also part of the senior management team that set up and managed a new law firm in the city in partnership with a FTSE 100 co. I have a strong track record in growing businesses both through client growth and acquisitions. I have also assisted in a number of successful start up businesses. I am also a qualified football referee and coach with the Kent FA.
