About Mark Oshima

Mark Oshima is the Executive Vice President, Health Solutions & Chief Revenue Officer at Private Health Management. He brings 20+ years of global leadership experience leading advisory services, strategy development, and business operations with a proven ability to drive growth, optimize processes, and build high-performing teams. At PHM, Oshima partners with employers to identify the right employee, workforce, and workplace health solutions. He also works with individuals and families to provide world-class healthcare support, whenever and wherever it is needed. Oshima brings together his expertise in business model change, organizational culture, human capital strategy, P&L leadership, and industry transformation into his role at PHM as he works to solve complex health issues and change patient lives. Prior to joining PHM, Oshima was the Chief Partnership Officer at internet startup Humu. During his time at Aon, his roles included Global Managing Partner for Aon’s Strategic Advisory Practice, Healthcare Exchanges Business Effectiveness Leader, Global Head of Talent, and SVP of Business Integration. Oshima received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also completed the Pinnacle Senior Executive Program at the University of Chicago. He currently resides in Irvine, California.
