Hi and thanks for taking the time out to visit my profile. I’m always keen to hear from new individuals and network so feel free to send an invite… always keen to know who has been stalking me! A little about me, I currently reside in Walthamstow, London and have worked in London my entire career. A big thing for me is job satisfaction and have always found what interests me the most is building long lasting client relationships. I started out not knowing what I wanted to do, like 90% of people in Recruitment, I fell into it! Whilst I enjoyed recruitment initially, it didn’t completely fulfill my goals and what I wanted to do. That was until I found my niche around 2013, when I started to work with customers across Operational Excellence, Business Change and Transformation. I guess what interested me the most was seeing how an organisation operated and where the challenges were, hindering strategic agendas and what actions could be put in place to follow least path of resistance. Let’s face it no company is perfect and all face varying challenges. Bringing you to recent times, I am now the proud Co-Founder of Propel Consult Limited, we recently celebrated our 4 Year anniversary… scary how time flies! We work with customers of all sizes. Engaging with them to see how operationally we can utilise Automation to create time and value, taking away the repetitive boring day to day tasks that, let’s face it, employees hate doing! By doing so, our approach is with the customer at heart, ensuring we achieve operational and strategic objectives through our engaging approach that adds value and breeds customer value and success. Yes we have worked with a number of large FTSE 500 organisations, however our mantra is more to open up the opportunity for SME’s to be able to compete with their competitors and make it cost effective enough to be able to start. I am pleased to say we have achieved that. The journey hasn’t come without challenges but I wouldn’t change it for the world! The varying customers we work with and, without exception, the challenges each customer faces couldn’t be more different to the next. That’s what has made this journey for me exciting and exactly what I was looking for in a career! That’s me.
