Brings experience from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Valley Hospital, and Atlantic Health System, focusing on patient education, patient-centered care, and emergency nursing. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) with a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery and a dedication to improving patient outcomes. I've recently embraced an exciting opportunity to advance my career as an occupational health nurse at J&J. This role allows me to become a subject matter expert in our profession while continuously advocating for a holistic approach to employee health and wellbeing. Previously, majority of my nursing practice was primarily in the active, high-pressure environment of the emergency room. Now, I have the chance to focus on illness and injury prevention and to proactively support employees’ health in the workplace. I'm eager to learn and grow on this journey!
