An experienced litigator, advocate and restructuring specialist, Mark gives commercial advice and aims to bring prompt cost-effective solutions in complex commercial and criminal issues including finance, fraud, construction, data, maritime and insurance disputes. He also advises on asset sales and group restructurings. Mark was General Counsel to a US-owned international telecommunications business headquartered in Europe. He was a licensed insolvency practitioner for many years (appointed liquidator of a large solicitor's firm, jointly with a leading accountant). Mark was the first solicitor advocate to appear successfully against Queen's Counsel at a High Court trial. Mark is an evaluator on the administration pre pack sale panel.
