I’m a proven and versatile Programme and Project Manager with over a decade of experience delivering complex initiatives across Australasia in regulated, safety-critical industries such as aviation and utilities. I’ve successfully delivered large-scale programmes in excess of $100M, and portfolios of concurrent high complexity projects across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation—often under intense time and commercial pressure. My work spans application development, enterprise system upgrades (including SAP, Siebel, GIS), and hybrid cloud/physical infrastructure deployments. What sets me apart is my ability to navigate ambiguity, cut through complexity, and lead delivery at pace while maintaining strategic alignment. I bring a strong commercial lens—negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar agreements—and a pragmatic approach to programme leadership, capable of flexing delivery frameworks and methodologies to suit organisational needs. I’ve operated in both vendor and client environments and have led diverse teams of 50+ people across functional, geographic, and organisational boundaries. I maintain strong executive and stakeholder engagement across all layers, and I know how to align delivery with enterprise strategy. Alongside delivery, I frequently support strategy development, roadmap creation, capital planning, and governance design—particularly in settings where structure is lacking or capability is still maturing.
