About Mark Parsons

Thanks for viewing my profile; as a Professional Support Lawyer at Higgs LLP I provide knowledge management services to the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. Having supported seriously injured people as a personal injury Solicitor for 15 years, I now use my experience to help my colleagues; ensuring that they are kept up-to-date and embrace changes, so that we can provide the best possible service to our clients. As well as providing explicit knowledge management services, I am particularly keen on enabling tacit knowledge sharing. I also maintain the content of our bespoke case management system which I helped re-design, test and then deliver training on, with a clear focus on allowing us to provide a more efficient and client-focused service. I am passionate about being part of a team which focuses on the client's journey, early rehabilitation and achieving the best possible outcome, as captured in our mission statement:"Every member of our team provides a personalised service and we are committed to supporting each other in fighting for the best outcome for our clients, even in the most difficult cases."
