About Mark Pashley

Hello, I am a chartered accountant and specialist tax practitioner with over 35 years of practical tax experience. I have extensive knowledge of the tax issues facing owner managed businesses working with those individuals and businesses to help minimise their overall tax burden. I have great experience in all areas of income tax, corporation tax and capital gains tax as well as regularly advising on share incentive plans, tax efficient profit extraction methods, inheritance tax planning and tax structuring for company sales. Over the years, I have also developed an interest in capital allowances consultancy ensuring that maximum tax relief is secured on commercial property interests both at the time of purchase and retrospectively. I believe the natural starting point to giving good commercial tax advice is to thoroughly understand the personal and corporate objectives at the outset. That way, balanced advice can be given to meet all my clients' needs.
