I am a bonsai artist and a knife maker. I have had an amazing career path. I'm a professional bonsai artist, a knifemaker, a sommelier, a (degree) philosopher, I grew sapphire crystals (for 4 years), and I have years of management experience in most of these industries. I do all the bonsai Victoria BC, Canada. I have been retained by Royal Roads University to transition and care for their new bonsai collection. I own Urban Oasis Bonsai. I manage the bonsai at the Horticulture of the Pacific and the Greater Victoria Art Gallery. I teach bonsai at 2 colleges and multiple local schools. I have collected bonsai trees from the wild. I have been president of the local bonsai club. I own Bullseye Blades. I make world class throwing knives for world champion knife throwers. The romantic part is I make them from sawmill blades from sawmills sourced locally. Oh, this is the dream life.
