I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy/counselling to individuals & families living with serious & persistent mental health issues. I facilitate skills-building, psycho-education, & process-oriented groups. I am particularly interested in, and familiar with, experiential-oriented modalities such as Emotion-Focused therapy and Schema therapy.
