Currently pursuing an MSc in Sports Management at Loughborough University, my education amplifies my expertise in strategic B2B relations and manufacturing process improvement. My goal remains steadfast: to innovate within the sports business sector, consistently aiming to enhance brand visibility and market impact. My professional journey includes significant roles with BCCI and IPL digital projects, where I collaborated directly with the Project Manager for Digital & Media to implement project goals. I managed the BCCI & IPL Content Management System, drafted and edited RFQs and RFPs, liaised with stakeholders, contributed to project planning, conducted in-depth research, performed administrative tasks, monitored project progress, and managed official social media accounts. These experiences have enriched my skills in digital content management and strategic communication. At Petra Sports Academy, I played a pivotal role in developing content for online videos and video analysis, supervising the daily operations of the administrative department, monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns, overseeing external tournaments, and serving as a tournament planner for both external and internal events. I managed the company’s online presence by regularly updating the website and social media accounts, actively participated in mapping and hosting training sessions, and conducted health and skill assessments. With a robust background in business administration and a commitment to fostering the growth of youth sports, I have successfully orchestrated a Sports Expo and multiple athletic events at Decathlon Sports India, drawing over attendees and athletes. These initiatives highlight my expertise in event organizing and community engagement. These experiences demonstrate my dedication to the sports industry and my capability to drive growth and engagement through innovative strategies and meticulous management.
