In recent years my focus and speciality has been as an Agile delivery manager at product level and at scale integrating across complex end to end systems, and including delivery of fully service managed solutions. Programme and project (Waterfall and Agile) manager, with over 25 years project experience, who successfully delivers by understanding the supplier, customer or user views from their perspectives, enabling collaboration and alignment between involved parties. Proven installation and application project manager with APMP, PRINCE 2, Scrum/Agile (inc at scale); also experienced in the delivery of large, often secure projects to JSP 440 and 480 standards. ICS business, service delivery and change manager with specific demonstrated skills experience in Quality Assurance, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
