About Mark Peavy

During the past two years, Mark has been involved in the creation of several upstream oil and gas business opportunities focused within conventional and unconventional projects. Mark has executive management and leadership experience in private equity start-ups, small private and public companies, and large upstream E&P operator energy industry situations. He has a robust track record in executing field development programs. He has strong ethics, values, and integrity and is highly skilled in the art of well-completions, workovers, stimulations, and field operations. He has proven communication skills and is experienced in working through adversarial situations to achieve business goals. During the past 15 years of his career in the E&P industry, he has built four grassroots technical teams to deliver high impact results, two teams within Kinder Morgan, one for Enhance Oil Resources, and one while at Windy Cove Energy. He has knowledge and expertise in strategy, forecasts, goal setting, production/operations, well work, drilling, completions, facilities, regulatory and environmental compliance, reservoir engineering, economics, geology, and fiscal control processes. Prior to this time, he became highly skilled in the art of completions, workovers, and field operations. He has significant experience working on non-profit boards and small private and public 'C' corporations. He has 14 years' experience working on 501 C (3) non-profit organizations at the Board of Director level in various leadership roles within the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of 'United Against Human Trafficking', the 'Skating Club of Houston', and a new anti-human trafficking start up called Lion195.
