About Mark Peister

I currently hold the position of Financial Services Representative at CIBC. This role is focused on building relationships with client's and helping them achieve their financial goals through holistic financial planning. It has allowed me to hone my investment and planning skills, as well as building a solid understanding of retail banking and lending. Previously, I held the position of Financial Consultant with Investors Group. This position allowed me the freedom to build my own book of client's and work with them towards their financial planning needs. This led to a great deal of investment and general planning knowledge but a gap in lending which has been filled through my role at CIBC. The next step I am interested in exploring to further develop my banking knowledge is in Business and Commercial Banking. This will allow me to develop a better sense of scale within the industry and expand my overall knowledge base to ensure I can help clients through any situation.
