About Mark Pennington

Motivated, Outgoing and Fun are the three words best to describe myself! I am happily married with three adopted puppies at home. I am a self learner, and when I graduated high school in the year I chose to focus on working hard with 2 jobs. My early work life was Wal-Mart and merchandising jobs for Keebler and Kellogg. My social skills and great working attitude opened up great option to run a Sports Training Facility in Coldwater, MI. My decade with Michigan Sports Camps and The Danger Zone Inc. developed my supervisor and manager skill set. After that, an amazing opportunity opened up with Fedex Freight in Fremont, IN. As I had with any other of my jobs, I worked my way up and quickly became a Supervisor of Operations. In 2019, I had to step away from my employment to focus on family. During that time, I took a positions to keep steady. I have been an Assistant Manager for the Build-A-Bear retail space since 2023 and am enjoying being back out there and interacting with our customers and employees alike.
