I am a results-driven sales and account management leader with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, expanding territories, and building high-performing teams. My career spans retail, wireless, and consumer packaged goods, where I’ve consistently exceeded sales goals and delivered strong market share growth. As President & Partner at Premier Technologies, I scaled the business from 5 to 43+ stores, leading all P&L operations, negotiating leases, securing financing, and overseeing store buildouts. I developed and coached district managers and sales leaders who consistently surpassed performance targets, while executing acquisitions and strategies that strengthened long-term profitability. Currently, I bring that same passion for growth and execution to The Hershey Company, where I manage a diverse retail territory and am already outperforming regional and company-wide sales benchmarks. I thrive on developing partnerships, driving sales strategy, and leading teams to consistently achieve — and exceed — ambitious goals.
